2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You agree not to share access to paid content beyond what a license or plan explicitly permits.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the services responsibly and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or content.

Prohibited activities include:

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or automated extraction of content beyond normal browser caching.
• Uploading malware, attempting to bypass security, or interfering with service availability.
• Infringing intellectual property, impersonation, or misrepresentation of affiliation.
• Harassment, hate, unlawful content, or content that violates privacy rights.
• Reselling, redistributing, or “mirroring” paid materials without written permission.

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including removal of content, suspension, or termination.

4. Payments

Some services require payment. Prices, features, and billing cadence are described at the point of purchase. Taxes may apply based on your location.

• All fees are due in advance unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• For subscriptions, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees until you cancel.
• If a payment fails, we may retry processing and/or suspend access until payment is received.

You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is current. We may change pricing with notice, effective at the next renewal unless otherwise required by law.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the product type and applicable consumer laws. Where a refund is offered, it applies only to the original purchase and is processed to the original payment method when possible.

General rules

• Digital products and instant-access content may be non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or streamed, to the extent permitted by law.
• Subscription cancellations stop future renewals; prior charges are typically non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated at purchase.
• If we provide a discretionary refund, access may be revoked.

For refund requests, contact us with your order details and the email used at checkout. We may request additional information to verify ownership or prevent fraud.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content, curriculum, lessons, text, and branding are owned by FragranceCraft Academy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access purchased content for personal use (or internal business use where expressly stated).
• You may not copy, distribute, publicly perform, publish, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.
• Trademarks and logos may not be used without prior authorization.

7. Disclaimers

The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

• Educational content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
• Results vary; we make no promise of specific outcomes, earnings, or performance.
• We are not responsible for third-party sites or services linked or referenced by users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FragranceCraft Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page unless otherwise stated. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
